Braum's Light Egg Nog Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 c. Braum's Light Egg Nog
  • 1 tbsp. gelatin
  • 1 tbsp. water
  • 3 Braum's Egg Yolks, beaten
  • 1 c. Braum's Whipping Cream
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 pie shell
  • Nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Heat egg nog. Dissolve gelatin in water and add to light egg nog. Remove from heat and add beaten eggs. Cool.
  2. Beat whipping cream until fluffy, add vanilla and fold in egg nog mixture. Pour into pie shell and sprinkle with nutmeg.
  3. Serve the next day.
  4. Store in refrigerator.
