Braum’s is offering two new-and-improved butters – Cultured Sweet Cream Butter with Sea Salt and European Style Unsalted Butter. The new Cultured Sweet Cream Butter with Sea Salt is perfect for serving with Braum’s fresh baked breads. The addition of the sea salt gives this butter an enhanced flavor and texture. The new European Style Unsalted Butter is a little higher in milk fat than the previous butter. This type of butter is also used in fine baking.
