Artisan Whole Wheat Honey Bread

We use whole white wheat flour, a selection of grain flours and honey to create this truly delicious bread.

INGREDIENTS: Whole white wheat flour, water, cracked wheat, oat flour, corn flour, rye flour, triticale flour, wheat gluten, sugar, honey,  yeast, soybean oil, salt, acetic acid, monoglycerides with propionic acid and phosphoric acid (added as preservatives), cultured wheat starch, citric acid, wheat flour, cultures, soy flour, enzymes, calcium sulfate, dough conditioner (wheat flour, calcium sulfate, ascorbic acid, 2% or less of each of the following: enzymes (wheat)).
