Braum’s Light Eggnog Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 ¼ c. Braum’s Light Eggnog
  • 1 tbsp. gelatin
  • 1 tbsp. water
  • 3 Braum’s Egg Yolks, beaten
  • 1 c. Braum’s Whipping Cream
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 pie shell
  • Nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Heat eggnog. Dissolve gelatin in water and add to light eggnog.
  2. Remove from heat and add beaten eggs. Cool.
  3. Beat whipping cream until fluffy, add vanilla and fold in eggnog mixture.
  4. Pour into pie shell and sprinkle with nutmeg.
  5. Serve the next day.
  6. Store in refrigerator.
