- 7 to 8 medium raw sweet potatoes
- 2 cups Braum’s Whipping Cream
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- Peel sweet potatoes and cut into ½ inch thick slices. Place in a shallow baking dish.
- Mix cream and sugar together and pour over potatoes.
- Bake at 275 degrees for 5 to 6 hours until mixture thickens.
