Cranberry Spinach Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. (6 oz.) fresh spinach
  • ½ cup pecans, chopped
  • ½ cup dried cranberries
  • ⅓ cup olive oil
  • 1 ½ Tbsp. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp Braum’s Sour Cream
  • ½ tsp Dijon mustard

Instructions

  1. Combine spinach, pecans, and cranberries in a large bowl.
  2. To make dressing, mix together remaining ingredients in a jar and shake well.
  3. Pour dressing over salads as desired and toss.
