- 1 large can sliced peaches
- 1 small pkg. lemon gelatin
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 tsp. grated lemon rind
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 pint Braum’s Vanilla Ice Cream
- Drain and dice peaches saving ½ cup of syrup. Set aside.
- Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Stir in peach syrup, lemon rind and lemon juice. Add ice cream by spoonfuls, stirring until melted.
- Chill until mixture mounds on spoon.
- Fold in diced peaches.
- Place into mold and refrigerate until serving.
