INGREDIENTS: Whole white wheat flour, water, grain blend (water, molasses, sugar, oats, sunflower seeds, millet, flax seed, cracked wheat, contains 2% or less of: lactic acid, sea salt, cultured wheat starch), wheat gluten, sugar,  bulgar wheat, cracked wheat,  sesame seeds, yeast, honey, brown sugar, soybean oil, salt, poppy seeds, monoglycerides with propionic acid and phosphoric acid (added as preservatives), cultured wheat starch, citric acid, molasses, acetic acid, soy flour, enzymes, dough conditioner (wheat flour, calcium sulfate, ascorbic acid, 2% or less of each of the following: enzymes (wheat)).
