Braum’s Sour Dough Bread

INGREDIENTS: Enriched flour (wheat flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamin mononitrate (vitamin B1), riboflavin (vitamin B2), folic acid), water, sour dough base (wheat flour, malt, fumaric acid, calcium stearoyl lactylate, mono and diglycerides, acetic acid, lactic acid, potassium iodate, L. cysteine), yeast, wheat gluten, soybean oil, contains 2% or less of the following: sugar, monoglycerides, salt, yeast nutrients (ammonium sulfate, calcium sulfate, azodicarbonamide), dough conditioner (soy flour, salt, calcium peroxide, enzymes), calcium propionate (preservative), sodium stearoyl lactylate, ascorbic acid.
