Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Braum’s Butter or Margarine
- 2 – 14 oz. cans of corn, drained
- 1 – 14 oz. can creamed corn
- 8 oz. Braum’s Sour Cream
- 1/8 cup sugar
- 1 – 8 oz pkg. corn muffin mix
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 green pepper, chopped
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Pour in an 8 inch round casserole dish.
- Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for one hour.
