Sweet Corn Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Braum’s Butter or Margarine
  • 2 – 14 oz. cans of corn, drained
  • 1 – 14 oz. can creamed corn
  • 8 oz. Braum’s Sour Cream
  • 1/8 cup sugar
  • 1 – 8 oz pkg. corn muffin mix
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 green pepper, chopped

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together.
  2. Pour in an 8 inch round casserole dish.
  3. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for one hour.
